We are pleased to share that our editor Ms Vuyi Mpofu is now on national radio station, SAfm, presenting a weekly motoring feature.
Vuyi Mpofu is no stranger to radio, having presented various motoring features throughout her 12-year career as a motoring journalist. Starting out on Metro FM, Ms Mpofu has previously hosted motoring related features on Radio 2000, Power FM and SAfm.
Vuyi is passionate about sharing information relating to all things motoring through her motoring lifestyle communication platforms. These include Gals Garage and Fantastic Fathers both of which are face-to-face engagement brands which communicate directly with the general public.
Through these brands which now include being on a one of the national broadcaster, Vuyi focus’s on basic maintenance, vehicle safety, finance and insurance. She also puts the spotlight on pregnancy, infant and toddler in-car safety.
Her latest motoring feature, housed within SAfm’s daily lifestyle midday show – Living Redefined, is hosted by well-known media personality, Sechaba Gqeba. The station draws its audience from the LSM’s 7-10 target market. It’s core listeners fall within the 36-49 year old age bracket.
Vuyi’s motoring feature airs on Tuesdays between 13:40 and 13:50.
